Mythological - Cradle of Civilisation is not translated

Something similar issue with #3093 happens (but I think it is a different issue)
Mythological - Cradle of Civilisation scenario's park name & scenario description is not translated.
It seems that alias is not working.
I'm using this scenario file: Mythological - Cradle of Civilization.zip (extracted from demo zip)
But it was the similar even if I use the file from Steam version (Mythological - Cradle of Civilization.zip).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set language as non-english which translates the scenario's description, such as German, Korean, etc.
2. Open Mythological - Cradle of Civilisation scenario

It was very different what language I use, what scenario file I use, whether I rename the scenario file's name or whether I modify language files.
I will refer window below as Scenario list:

And refer below as In-game:

In the below,
Renaming scenario filename means that I renamed Mythological - Cradle of Civilization.SC6 into Mythological - Cradle of Civilisation.SC6 (z -> s)
And Modifying language file means that I modified this line into <Mythological - Cradle of Civilization (s -> z)

1. Scenario file from demo zip
   • No modifications: Scenario list(OK - translated), In-game(Not translated)
   • Renaming Scenario filename: Scenario list(OK), In-game(Not)
   • Modifying language file: Scenario list(Not), In-game(OK)
   • Both renaming filename and modifying language file: Scenario list(Not), In-game(OK)

2. Scenario file from Steam version
   • Whatever I did: Scenario list(Not), In-game(OK)

And its behavior was different in German but I will shorten the content.
