No music when unmuting the game in title screen

Describe the issue

When muting and then unmuting the game during the title screen, the music is not resumed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the title screen (just boot up the game)
2. Mute the game with a hotkey (top toolbar is not available here)
3. Unmute the game with the same hotkey

Result: You'll hear guests and vechiles, but no music.
