Describe the bug
A model contain a fabric part. The LS-DYNA model is described with many parameters.
No information, warnings or errors will be displayed when running the model containing features not covered in the RADIOSS manual.
To Reproduce
Run the attached model and look for the property and element definition in shellortho_0001.out .
The direction is only based on the connectivity of the elements and not on the defined direction by *SECTION_SHELL and *ELEMENT_SHELL_BETA.
Expected behavior
The best approach is to provide full support for the orthotropic features, or at least warnings.
There is (should be) a solution for it in RADIOSS input format (MAT119), but not yet implemented for the DYNA input/conversion, the support of the BETA angle from DYNA input is pushed already for development

Additional context
The complete model can be found in https://www.nhtsa.gov/file-downloads?p=nhtsa/downloads/NRD/Research/Crash-Simulation-Vehicle-Models/ISS_Seat_Simulation_Models/2023-Release/01_Forward_Pull_PHASE1/
Is there a simple way to use the safety belt in RADIOSS or do I need to re-order the connectivity of the elements?
