It bothers me a bit that for every operator there would be an additional quite complex layout added to the document. Also a lot of duplicates. Can it be somehow rendered dynamically using just one set of «tooltips»? |

@evgenyz Tooltip is now generated on mouse hover over the OVAL operator. |

This PR adds a tooltip about the evaluation of the operator to the OVAL and CPE AL operators.
