Savedata: Confirm order of podracers array

I've been working on a save editor based on the file format as described by parse-savedata.py, have checked each podracer individually, and can confirm that the order in the array is correct.

Also worth noting that the initial set of racers (Anakin Skywalker, Dud Bolt, Ebe Endocott, Elan Mak, Gasgano, and Ody Mandrell) can't be disabled (i.e., the game makes them available to the player regardless of what those bits are set to).
