Add ClipboardExtendedPlugin unix platform code from the OLPC project.
Author takashi (OLPC project 2007), development commit log is in the olpc branch at squeakvm.org. Included in squeakvm.org trunk unix builds since 2008. There has been no change to the source file since 2007.
