Background: We're shifting away from the Experimental Procedures lab notebook as a repository of all molecule data and towards using a Google Sheet and the cheminfo platform for visualisation. That means we need to include all OSM compounds in the sheet, retrospectively.

@sebjd Following on from your earlier data entry #314 could you please add in compounds OSM-S-6 through 20 to the sheet? The collected data in the ELN are here and here.

I'll separately start up an Issue on what we'll do with the chem and bio data. So for the moment just columns A to F (column A if there is an MMV number listed for the compound anywhere).

Thanks Sebastien!

Hi Mat,
Those should be done. I was also going to go ahead and do OSM-S-80:100 but noticed that OSM-S-80:91 don't have any of the keys. OSM-S-92:100 should be in however

Aha - great. So for OSM-S-80 through 91 the structures are on the page that
those entries link to - the bio evaluation. Crushingly there's no chemdraw
file for those structures on the ELN page (people, people). So if you were
feeling inspired and generous you could use Chemdraw to re-draw those
structures in one chemdraw file. Then post that file somewhere - these
compounds are all part of Series 1 so you could if you wanted to post the
file as a new entry here:

http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/tcmdc_ap

or you could save a copy of the chemdraw file as a png file and drag the
image into a reply below. We can then check whether the structures are
correct. If they are, you can then use Chemdraw to generate the strings and
paste them into the spreadsheet. That would be enormously useful.

The Inchis are actually in the table we occasionally used:

Closing (thank you @sebjd ) since outstanding action is now contained within #347
