Is there a need to re-label the not-in-use GPIO?

The labels are meant to just indicate that there is a place to label the button as it's a template. For someone adding a board they would toggle visibility on the components that are not needed. For example, if someone were placing the flag on the right of a board, they would toggle the left connector and the right label, leaving only |Left Label|GPIO BOX|Right Connector|
Primarily to have a consistent style for labeling boards.

Vendors will often take these pin outs and modify them after flashing in order to get them working on their particular devices. So be careful when performing a reset on your controller.
If the board is ever reset through the Web Configurator, your controller may no longer function as intended and these may be the assigned pin mapping of the board.
