Documentation for default value of useMeta flag is incorrect #1326

The default value for useMeta flag on the /api/search/lookup documentation page is mentioned to as "False".

However, from the code and test cases, it appears the default value is in-fact the opposite.

The documentation needs to be fixed to reflect the correct default value.

Also it appears SearchRpc.parseQueryString is not honoring the use_meta query string parameter?
