When we press the V key, we get a viewport, but there's no idea where it is centered. After some investigations, I found that the center of the viewport is not at the center of screen, but a bit below it (Vertical: about 1/4 height of screen; Horizontal: Centered)
I suggest having a new setting to choose to open a new viewport which is focused on the center of the screen (when opening a viewport from menu or V key), or focus on the position of cursor (when opening a viewport from V key).
Also, I suggest adding an extra configuration for toggling/disabling panning in viewports (besides the main window), it gets annoying when you accidentally move them,
and add a 'lock focus button' in the viewport window for customized settings in each viewport.
