Replace previous use of symlink to /usr/local/otm
This is a known issue with vagrant.

Consider making this precise64 since we all have 64-bit workstations.

64 bit VMs can be weird in virtualbox... is there any compelling reason to move to 64 bits?

If you have experienced weirdness with 64-bit VMs then I would prefer to play it safe.
