Add another column to collections list for "Included in synthesis"

This is the first baby step to #1216 . It would be nice to have a column on the collections list that indicated whether or not the collection is included in the current synthesis tree. That information is in the propinquity output.

Perhaps this could be an index showing its ranking? ("This is the nth collection in synthesis.")
