Update all DOI-as-URL values in phylesystem?

Can we update all DOI-as-URL values as part of a phylesystem sweep?

ot:studyPublication - Ideally these would reflect the latest CrossRef standard, which (as of Dec 2021) is https://doi.org/10.xxx. To date we have standardized on the previous URL form http://dx.doi.org/10.xxxx, but it's probably time to move on. Reminder: Be gentle. It's possible for this to be a standard (non-DOI) URL!

ot:dataDeposit - Another field with the same issues as above. Reminder: Again, it's possible for this to be a standard (non-DOI) URL!

prism:doi - We offer searches on this property in otindex, but most studies don't have it. NB - This should be the "bare" DOI, just 10.xxx

As of Dec 2021, we offer the following PRISM properties as searchable for studies in otindex. It looks like some would be easy to derive from existing Nexson properties, while others are probably beyond our reach:
