New Feature/Option: Infinite base sizes #777

Default: OFF
You can build bases of any size. (even bigger than 6x6)
You can scroll the Base View with drag scrolling, according to the drag scrolling settings.

  • We can now dismantle in Build Facilities State
  • We now see the name of the facility under cursor in Build Facilities State and in Place Facility State

If you want to test this feature, here is a good savegame for that:

(that big base will be attacked shortly after you load)

This PR and #769 are conflicting with each other.
When you merge any of them, let me rebase the other one before you merge it, so we could avoid all conflict at the merge.

Some thoughts on this - don't know if they've already been considered:

  1. Allow min base size to be 2x2 - This would make for great radar bases
  2. Have UFO detection of bases be influenced by base size - smaller are harder to detect
  3. Allow more than 8 bases - this would be useful with radar bases
  4. Not checked this - but do bases cost different depending on your size? Not just in purchase, but maintenance? (Hmm, do you pay maintence on bases, or just constructs?)

Basically, this sets up quite a whole new strategy to the game, and I quite like that idea

  1. I'm not sure what do you mean by this, a base can be any size, it can be 2x2 even without this feature
  2. As far as i know UFO detection of bases are already influenced by the number of facilities inside
  3. I've already done this: New Feature/Option: Unlimited bases #769 (before this infinite sizes)
  4. Yes, the base facilities already have maintenance costs. You can check this at the base info screen, and in the Graphs available on the Geoscape.

Default: OFF
