Are there any plans to add types?

Most of our testing is currently geared towards plain JavaScript (except Test Environment, which is developed in TS). This is mostly inertia: truffle's tests are also JS based, as are mocha, chai, etc.

That said, there seem to be types for mocha and chai. I'm not sure what the types for a chai plugin would look like (sadly chai-bignumber is not typed), but I'd definitely be open for such a PR!
