Create course for group: ask group to accept or decline

Later, when possible to propose things like promotion of a group, we definitely want that, right?
We could already allow to have this feature.

• The group could be editor/team to have all the rights for the course,
• Or the group could just be promoter,
• The group could be both,
• We could add an other role which would mean "requested for promoter"

• group-members are notified with option to decline or accept promotion-state

Yeah that would be a good way to allow groups both getting proposals and having a say which to accept.

For an easy implementation we could add a proposedGroups field where the groups that are proposed as sponsors can be listed. This way the course is visible to all immediately and we send an invitation to the group to accept the course.

• Additionally add a field in group-view, which is showing all the proposed courses as a list (links) with a accept or decline option

  • only shown to group-members
  • has a (show/hide) option

• Showing buttons inside course-details if a group-user is in a proposed group [accept/decline...]
