Why is this feature being added?

I've decided that we will not rely upon 3rd party icon sets. The 3rd party integrations include breaking changes often and we're stuck on a version that we cannot upgrade without dedicated lots of resource hours.

What should your feature do?

• In this issue, document the location and a descriptive name for every unique icon on operationcode.org
• I will then recreate those icons using Illustrator or Sketch and upload them here
