Print information about deployed/published artifacts into console, like this:

for grails plugin

*** Deploying Grails Plugin *****************
  artefactId: ...
     groupId: ...
     version: ...
*********************************************

for npm

*** Publishing package **********************
         name: ... 
      version: ...
*********************************************
