Added JUnit capability and a few test cases

• Run all JUnit tests with ant test
• Changed the packaged jar to go into dist instead of bin/rscplus
• Travis CI automatically runs unit tests
• Changed JavaDocs generated with Ant to include private and protected classes, methods, fields, etc.

Nothing in the client was changed, so no need for a new release.

When I get the time/motivation, I'll add more tests. Probably worth adding one for the XP/hr calcs.
