This PR proposes to apply the Orange template for our documentation. Responsive isn't specified so I improvised.

I voluntarily chose not to apply it to the rest of the documentation.

⚠️ Should be synchronized with #956. This template could use Title bars.

I would add a mt-md-2 for the container that is classed .ods-guidelines in /site/content/docs/5.1/guidelines/_index.md, but it's peanuts.
