Exclude resharper files from version control

Hi,

You should exclude resharper, .suo etc. from version control.

We've removed TFS bindings from the solution file and the project files. The only Resharper file we have contains the team coding conventions, so we want to keep it. We don't have any suo and/or temporary resharper cache checked in AFAIK.
