E.g. clicking on Cameroon in metadata record for: http://oregondigital.org/sets/african-ephemera/oregondigital:6682x392q

gives: http://oregondigital.org/sets/african-ephemera/page/f%5Bdesc_metadata__location_label_sim%5D%5B%5D=Cameroon%24http%3A%2F%2Fsws.geonames.org%2F2233387%2F

"The requested URL /sets/african-ephemera/page/f[desc_metadata__location_label_sim][]=Cameroon$http://sws.geonames.org/2233387/ was not found on this server."
