This repository contains the code to train diffusion exponent regressors and classifiers for Task 1 and Task 2 of the ANDI Challenge.
train_scripts folder contains:
- scripts to generate trajectories to be used to train models both for Task1 and Task2.
- scripts used to train our models, again for Task1 and Task2.
models folder contains:
- trained models we used in the ANDI Challenge.
