Setup Information

  • Xclim version: 0.44
  • Python version: 3.10
  • Operating System:

Description

jetstream_metric_woollings uses cf_xarray's pressure coordinate to select vertical levels, but this is not supported by cf xarray. The coordinate should rather be vertical I believe.

Steps To Reproduce

Try computing indicator on
https://hpfx.collab.science.gc.ca/~jef000/probabilistic-emissions/trial-output/CanESM5-cepm-v1-3-p10-01/esm-ssp245/r1i1p2f1/Amon/ua/gn/v20190429/ua_Amon_CanESM5-cepm-v1-3-p10-01_esm-ssp245_r1i1p2f1_gn_201501-210012.nc
