Minor doc fixes, merged pull requests, little tweaks

This is a minor bugfix version with a few merged pull requests and some typing corrections and fixed broken links.

Moving to new /docs structure, minor contributions

Merging:

• Remove engine from package.json #1588
• Remove references to old maintainer from documentation #1601
• Bug 1546 On Chrome, calling "update" method, Flash Video into owl-item stop reproducing #1547
• Fixes a few spelling typos on documentation. #1537

…and switching to new in-repo /docs folder since GitHub now supports it.
