These are outdated debian package managers (`aptitude`) or outdated aliases (`apt-get`) and plain `apt` should be used (with the same interface as `apt-get`

Description of the Change
Aptitude and apt-get are somewhat outdated debian package managers (
aptitude, uses apt libraries under the hood) or outdated aliases (apt-getforapt) and I would suggest to use plainapt. For this example, apt has the same interface asapt-get.
