This is dumy cartridge to add websocket functionality to existing application

Tha manifest.yml file give access to websocket functionality
Socat binary is used to redirect all request from LOCAL_PORT to 8000

About socat
Enbedded version is 2.0.0-b6

Built with the following options:
./configure --prefix=/usr/sbin --disable-openssl --disable-readline --disable-sycls --disable-filan --disable-fips
