Describe the Bug

Bug is likely similar to the one from MGS3 that was solved with a render fix back in June.

#8991

Do note though, that it seems like in MGS2 the issue is "reversed". Where HW mode on MGS3 had too much blur applied, here it is actually missing blur. Happens in various cutscenes across the game but is pretty visible in this early cutscene with Raiden.

Reproduction Steps

No special steps needed. Happens in cutscenes all on its own.

Expected Behavior

DoF on HW Renderer should match how it looks on SW Renderer.
