When using a hardware renderer (OpenGL/Vulkan), outlines on characters and objects are missing or incorrectly rendered (usually looks like a thin dashed line). The issue is mostly noticable in cutscenes, but can also be observed in gameplay.
When using the software renderer, the outlines appear like they do on real hardware.
Reproduction Steps
Run the game using the OpenGL or Vulkan renderer
Observe the outlines on character and object models
Expected Behavior
The character and object outlines should be rendered properly.
