You can't infer it from the output area buffer. Game could have a bigger
area than the real display

Fix DMC3 and Gitaroo Man

Need testing of (at least) 2000 games

OMG, you're fast!

Work better with KOF2000

Strangely the game set Frame interlacing without the interlacing bit so maybe it
is still doing interlacing

The idea is the buffer is too small just uses h/2 otherwise use the normal size.

Ok it doesn't work as expected. Don't bother to test it.

Status:
* Kof2000 has a black border
* gitaroo has a black border but good zooming
* DMC3 seems to be fine
* Pool paradise seems to be fine
I'm not even sure Autodetection is feasible. So let's add an option
to select CRTC resolution for the few game that need it.

Potentially in the future, CRC could be used to improve the user-friendlyness

Current possible are 448 and 512.
Improve auto detection of GitarooMan.

To investigate. There are various shortcoming but some ideas could still be useful.
