This file is the version 17.0.0 universal Application binary wrapped in a nice DMG installer made with the https://github.com/PCemOnMac/bundler -- it includes the path patch, you can place your ROM folder in ~/PCem

Say: /Users/$yourUser/PCem/roms/...
Say: /Users/$yourUser/PCem/configs/...

So that PCem v17 will recognize them
