http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=PDL-Parallel-threads+0.04 has a lot of red. A few more are still in transition between my smoker and the database holding the reports, also some from perl 5.34.0 and 5.32.1.
As far as I can see these fail reports are all from threaded perls built with uselongdouble=1. The PDL is at the moment always 2.075.
