PEX 1.22.1 Issue - Critical UUID Issue / Group Issue / Etc

Spigot 1543, Bungee 954 (IP Forwarding, Forced Hosts, Bungeecord: true, etc)

When I updated from PEX 1.21.4 > 1.22.1 everything seemed to have converted correctly...

Later, we were getting reports of players suddenly losing their ranks when they logged in for the first time since the update.

Their rank was Default when 99% of the other players ranks were as they were before.

I'm using SQL, their name and rank still shows up in the permissions_inheritance table.
Example:

(The user without a rank would have their name in non-uuid format)

I have to manually set their rank back up via pex user {name} group set.
I have no earthly idea what is causing this, or how to fix it.

No errors or anything of that sort, sorry for lack of supporting details/evidence. (And poor sentence structure, kinda kept going back adding what I could).

Sorry.. But... Bump anyone?
Issue still persisting.. More and more people come on and don't have their ranks.

I have a strong suspicion on it having something to do with UUID's..

Another bump... Virtually every player that has come back from being inactive no longer has their groups set..

The plugin is failing to convert to UUID, etc.

#1592 may fix this issue. Let me know how 1.22.2 works once I release that.

I found the 1.22.2 version on the Bukkit site, still needs approval, but it seems to have fixed everything!
