The alt-v prefix in the international Mac KB inserts (ˇ), and although the command is recognized, the character's already been inserted.

Oh, that's not good. Thanks for alerting me. This will probably mean Calva needs another prefix. ctrl+alt+v most probably. I wish there was a way to know what other extensions might be using that…
