the directory "Log" is missing!

It looks like a mess-up when they merged into Master. You can find it under the v0.7 branch: https://github.com/PHPIDS/PHPIDS/tree/0.7/lib/IDS/Log

Logging appears to have been removed intentionally. See 91c16ae
