We have recently reached the end of the first half of PSL's fiscal year, and @MattHJensen and I have drafted a report to highlight PSL's major development from July 2018 - December 2018. The report will be disseminated to our newsletter subscribers and others who are interested in PSL's recent developments.
This PR adds the raw html for the midyear report (as it will eventually be posted to www.pslmodels.org) and I have attached a PDF for review. Please comment on this thread if you have any additions or edits to the report.
