This pull request adds to the
growfactors.csvfile factors for eight benefits. These changes to thepuf_stage1/factors_finalprep.pyscript are part of a series of changes in the taxdata and Tax-Calculator repositories that will simplify the benefit extrapolation logic. The reasons for undertaking this simplification have been discussed in taxdata pull request 252.@MattHJensen @Amy-Xu @andersonfrailey @hdoupe
