[WIP] Copy snippet to clipboard, package permalink

In about 15/20 days the number of badges rendered will reach the 10.000.000
in order to celebrate this great number, could be great introduce some love:

• added a permalink for the repository page.
• added a button for an all-in copy.
• added a copy to clipboard for all the snippet.
• manage errors

The output will look something like:
