- added new extension settings events to prevent event self calling problems and propagation problems caused by event handling (like the SD card module)
- new propagation event for extended settings
- added new settings extension events to prevent problems with other settings extensions and loop breaking due to re-entrancy
- removed unnecessary callbacks and invoke event handlers directly
