The codes of Chapter 1 are absent since the codes only deal with understanding syntaxes, codes for rest of the chapters are avaliable in this zip file.
All of the codes from an entire chaper can be loaded in Visual basic altogether using the "program.cs" file present in individual folders. Doing this is recommended as it loades them with name of the section which the codes belong to rather than the number of section from the book.
List of softwares and hardware required for code testing are also present.
All of the codes are also present at our github repo.
