fix benchmark
1、修复repo_name 获取
2、修复 gpt 环境问题
3、添加 nlp 安装所需依赖
4、gpt 动 静均在bs16_fp32 下报显存不足，bs16_fp16下正常，因此在静态图中修改fp32时bs16->bs8
5、静态图transformer epoch 数，解决log打印太少解析不到数据
