Padre::Preferences - Crashes while deleting a key binding

Steps:

1. Run Padre, Tools - Preferences.
2. Select Key Bindings.
3. Select CTRL-Q (file.quit).
4. Click on the button Delete.
   After step 4 Padre crashes immediately.

I installed Padre from CPAN.
