Generate PDF reports from Pagedraw templates + JSON data

Run with babel-node main.js --presets=es2015 for now.

1. Select which Pagedraw generated file via the command line
2. Pass in JSON over stdin or from a file
3. Create a standalone, installable command line tool
4. Expose as a library for other nodejs scripts
