There needs to be a way to disable database updates of datapoint values via UI

At the moment pattoo accepts and updates all data sent to it by agents. There needs to be a way for it to ignore some datapoints by updating the "enabled" field in the dt_datapoint table.

1. It needs to be determined whether the datapoints should default to disabled or enabled. Enabling what you want viewed may make filtering easier.
2. This will require authorization.
