Organization Page not Opening after Creating a Post

Describe the bug
The Manage Organization button is not working after creating a Post, and the Super Admin is redirected to Dashboard Home Page After Creating the first Post.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to admin dashboard
2. Create a new post
3. Click Add post and you will be redirected to home screen of Talawa Admin

Expected behavior
The post should be created normally

Actual behavior
The post is created behind the scenes but is breaking the functionality of using dashboard thereafter.

This issue is arising due to the recent change in GraphQL Scalars.
