Issue Description: Update organisation page does not preset member description textfield.
Observed Behaviour: Currently the organisation's member description is not loaded
Expected Behaviour: It should show the member description wgen loaded.
Steps to reproduce issue: Create an organization and update the member description and revisit it.
Does this issue need immediate attention? Probably
Are you willing to work on this issue: Yes, I am willing to work on this!
