Bug report: No option to join more org in waiting page.

Describe the bug
Ability to join more organisation from waiting page on signup

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install app
2. set url and then signup with a private organisation selected
3. indefinite waiting time for the confirmation by org admin
4. almost dead end as user needs to wait until the request gets rejected or accepted.

Expected behavior
There should be a option to at least provide him the ability to join more organisation until then.

Actual behavior
User has to wait till rejection or confirmation of the request till then he cannot get to the dashboard.
