Great, thanks for this! I had noticed this before as well, but it only appeared to impact dev and didn't cause any issues we could observe on production builds. |

Use
requestAnimationFrameto sync resize observer to frame rate.Motivation and Context
Helps avoid resize observer loop/notification errors.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested using the Petstore info page, where the error was observed locally.
