Hi ,
It seems like hiding the block ( effectively turning it off) has no effect on the block functionality . It still continues to process what is left in the adhoc queue and it still listens to the enrolment events in Moodle when you add/ remove enrolments / roles.

* [TFS-53056] integrated proxy support so users such as Bath do not need to manually edit the plugin anymore. * removed api url, but kept inputs for proxy host/port seperate. * moved duplicate code into helper function.
