Issue with VSCode and Skype

Hello,

I am using this icon theme on Arch Linux. When I try to open a file or folder through Skype or VS Code, the application crashes and emits the following error:

I tried to search for a solution but have not come up with anything yet. Any suggestions on how to fix this error?

P.S. This error is not reproduced when using the default Adwaita Icons.

All our SVG's file have clear code. It's not Papirus problem.

After reinstall pixbuf module and mime info try run problem apps. if this not solved error - try change GTK theme.
